You can only upload 1 image for each piece you are submitting, so make it good. This image will be displayed on other pages to reference the piece as well as the sales page.

"Medium", formerly "Description", should be something like 'Oil on Canvas', 'Charcoal on Paper', "Watercolor on paper, 3 of 3" etc. Please do not type out a paragraph of how 'this piece is a self-reflection of my life at the start of my blue phase after a tumultuous relationship I had during college'. Hopefully changing it to "Medium" will free me of reading these backstories. Thank you.

 

"Quantity". For most of you it will be 1, but some artist have been approved to submit prints*. If you have a collection of items sold together as one piece, list the entire piece as 1 and include all items in the same photo (for example, three paintings that are sold together) and include that all three are sold together in the description. If you have a collection of multiple pieces, each for sale individually, submit each piece separately if they are NOT identical.

*IF you have been approved to submit prints for the merch table, you must fill the form out for each print separately from the original artwork. The Quantity is the number of copies for that print you are bringing, and you MUST include that they are prints in the Description. If you have not been approved for prints, please reach out to Scott Debus for consideration. Space is limited.
